**Company Description**

We are a newly established company in the construction sector. Our mission is to provide simplified construction service digitally, assisting customers in quickly completing customised design plans, significantly reducing communication time and costs, and returning the saved costs to our clients.

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

As our Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure our marketing efforts align with our sales goals. You will also be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating content for our website and blog, and analysing the performance of our marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Manage our social media presence and create content for our website and blog
- Analyse the performance of our marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in general office-used software
- Experience with social media management tools and marketing automation software is a plus
- Must speak fluence Chinese and English

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year
