We are a leading logistics, storage and installation of high-end designer furniture, renowned for exceptional attention to detail, timely delivery, and a seamless customer experience. As our operations continue to grow nationally, we are seeking a skilled and experienced **Supply and Distribution Manager** to oversee and optimise our warehouse and logistics operations.

**Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute inventory and delivery strategies to align with business goals and service levels.
- Develop systems and processes to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling holding costs.
- Monitor and refine inventory control systems to ensure real-time accuracy of stock records.
- Oversee warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate with business development, delivery teams, and customer service responsibles to align distribution capabilities with demand forecasts and client needs.
- Implement and supervise the use of tracking and reporting tools for all inbound and outbound logistics movements.
- Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics personnel, including setting performance standards and monitoring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and warehouse management regulations.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Supply & Distribution manager: 2 years (required)
