Our clients are seeking a dedicated Financial Services Officer to join their dynamic team at a prestigious university located in the heart of Adelaide. This role is pivotal in supporting the organisation's financial operations and contributing to their commitment to excellence in education.

**Your new role**

As a Financial Services Officer, you will provide financial administration across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions in the Financial Services team. This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and supporting continued growth. Key responsibilities are mentioned but not limited to:

- Maintain financial systems and procedures.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare financial reports and documents for management review.
- Monitor budget performance and control expenditures.
- Liaise with various departments to support financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in financial management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
