Additional information:

- These roles are:

- Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnighto Temporary Part-time, 40 hrs/fortnight for 4 months
- Applications close Thursday 9 October 2025
- This role requires availability to work a shift range between 6am and 9:30pm
- In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to work on Fridays
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

**About this work area**As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
- Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.

- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
