**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Developing and Implementing Quality Standards**:

- Establishing and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company objectives
- **Monitoring and Evaluating Product/Service Quality**:

- Conducting quality audits and inspections
- Identifying defects and areas for improvement in products and processes
- **Managing Quality Control Processes**:

- Overseeing testing and verification processes
- Ensuring corrective actions are taken to resolve quality issues
- **Training and Supervising Staff**:

- Educating employees on quality assurance procedures
- Supervising quality control teams and providing guidance
- **Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders**:

- Communicating with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies regarding quality requirements
- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall product quality
- **Analyzing Quality Data and Reporting**:

- Gathering and analyzing data on quality performance
- Preparing reports and recommending process improvements
- **Ensuring Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards**:

- Keeping up-to-date with legal and industry-specific quality standards
- Implementing risk management strategies to ensure quality compliance

Pay: $73,150.00 - $90,000.00 per year
