With nearly 50 venues across five key brands in Australia, Aotearoa (New Zealand) and America our growing team is on the lookout for a passionate, professional and fun casual Kitchen Supervisor for our Strike Bowling venue in Eastland, VIC.

What You'll Do
- Preparation and delivery of our standard bar menu items and function finger food;
- Adhering to our high level of food presentation;
- Ordering and stocktake;
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness;
- Championing kitchen health and safety; and
- Training and supporting the casual kitchen team members.

What You've Got
- Experience working in a busy kitchen
- A desire to take your supervising/management skills to the next level
- Good time management and organisational skills, with the proven ability to plan, prepare and think ahead;
- A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures;
- Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team;
- A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude;
As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends
