Our family of brands offer a huge range of products; from modern and internationally recognised licensed collectables such as Disney, DC, Holden and Ford.

**About the role**
- Offer specialised products to our VIP customers
- Upselling and cross-selling from our incredible catalogue of collectables
- Help our customers fulfil their wish lists of products they love
- Maintain client accounts, order approvals, data entry, and associated administration duties
- Seek opportunities in efficiency and effectiveness around the client order experience
- Opportunity to attend domestic trade shows

**What you’ll bring**
- 3+ years of sales experience and relationship management in B2C or B2B
- Fantastic relationship building skills and interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales/CRM Software
- High levels of organisational skills and comfortable managing own day in terms of competing priorities
- Able to confidently liaise with existing clients and partake in new business developmental opportunities
- Proven ability to be able to reach sales targets and KPI’s - strong business acumen
- Professional and mature manner to your work ethic

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
