**JOB TITLE**: Production Assistant (Admin & Site Support)

**Location**: Geebung, QLD

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

**Role Overview**

This hybrid role supports both admin and onsite functions. You will assist in project scheduling, work order management, client communication, and site data collection. It’s a key support role for our project delivery team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain Gantt charts for project timelines.
- Travel to job sites with our Project Lead to gather notes and update records.
- Create and manage work orders via SimPRO.
- Assist with scheduling installs and deliveries.
- Liaise with clients during install phase with professionalism.
- Provide admin support across quoting, scheduling, and production.

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Microsoft Office), typing proficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret cabinetry plans, or a willingness to learn.
- SimPRO or project software experience (advantageous).
- Ability to think laterally and solve issues on the fly.
- Clear communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Polished, professional presence in client homes.
- Interest in cabinetry, renovations, or project management.
- Proficient in Canva, DocuSign, and Word formatting, with the ability to take ownership of document templates—ensuring brand consistency, clear structure, and smooth signing processes.
