**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director to help in the day to day operations of the centre. The successful applicant must have a strong desire to provide high quality care as well as attention to detail. This role is a senior management role within the centre where mentoring and coaching your team occurs every day.

Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria:

- Hold a minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as a room leader/educational leader
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle as this is imperative to be a role model for the children in our care

**The Centre**

Hyperdome Early Education Centre is located in Commercial Drive, Shailer Park, a 5 minute walk from the Hyperdome Shopping Centre. We care for up to 169 children per day and offer a huge range of high quality programs for our children such as swimming lessons, music and movement and language opportunities. We are passionate about sustainability and love to explore these practices with the children in our care.
