**What You’ll Do**

In this strategic and hands-on leadership role, you’ll:

- Lead and empower our Service Coordination and Workforce teams, instilling a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ownership
- Drive workforce planning and rostering strategies that ensure optimum utilisation and scheduling efficiency, with an uncompromising focus on client satisfaction
- Partner across Operations and Shared Services teams to deliver consistent, quality care, while always finding ways to enhancing our service delivery model.
- Use data to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimise workforce performance.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, joy and continuous development, where every problem has a solution and we always have each others' back

**Who You Are**
- You're an experienced and passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience leading service delivery teams in healthcare, disability or community care (NDIS or Home Care preferred)
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, workforce planning, and operational excellence
- A track record of developing high-performing, values-aligned team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change leadership skills
- Experience using rostering and workforce systems to drive efficiency and improvement
- A passion for inclusive leadership and community-oriented outcomes
