✔️ You’ve got a minimum 1 year experience as a leader in the disability sector (bonus if it’s in community services). ✔️ You have completed Certificate III in Community Services ✔️You’re bursting with creativity and know how to turn big ideas into reality. ✔️ You’re an exceptional communicator who can engage with just about anyone. ✔️ You are happy for your role to be a mix of support worker and administration days. ✔️ You’re passionate about helping clients connect, grow, and build a brighter future. ✔️ You’re resilient, empathetic, and ready to make a lasting impact.
