We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an **Electronics Technician/Electrical Fitter** to join our growing organization. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to perform electrical repair and installation work on rolling stock equipment, both in our workshop and on customer sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosing faults and performing overhauls on rolling stock equipment.
- Assembling and producing new electrical equipment for rolling stock.
- Following procedures accurately and maintaining high work standards.
- Installing equipment on rolling stock vehicles at customer sites.
- Completing work documentation in accordance with procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified as an **Electrical Fitter** or **Electronics Technician**.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish, including dismantling, cleaning/refurbishing components, reassembly, and testing.
- Willingness to undergo required assessments for onsite work (including rail medicals).
- Competent in using hand/power tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Proficiency with medium voltage equipment and adherence to safe work practices.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Rights to work in Australia.

**Position Details**:

- **Employment Type**: Full-time, initially for six months, with the potential for permanent employment based on workload.
- **Working Hours**: 6:30 am to 2:45 pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required occasionally.
