Greenwood Academy is dedicated to diversity and inclusivity, offering nationally accredited qualifications in Animal Care and Business. Our students receive comprehensive, job-ready training, including 240 hours of vocational work placements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounts across Latin America, fostering relationships with agents and key stakeholders.
- Establish, track, and analyze sales targets, producing detailed sales reports.
- Assess market dynamics and competition in the region, adjusting selling strategies to enhance market penetration.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the region.
- Represent Greenwood Academy at educational fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences throughout Latin America.
- Develop, implement, and maintain marketing strategies specifically tailored to the Latin American market.
- Plan, budget, and oversee marketing initiatives aimed at increasing enrollment from the region.
- Organize engaging seminars and webinars tailored to meet the needs and interests of potential students in Latin America.
- Maintain and update the agent database meticulously.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales and marketing experience in the Education/VET sector, preferably with a strong focus on the Latin American market.
- Established network of educational agents in Latin America.
- Exceptional negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
- Track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing plans.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders in the region.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SYDNEY, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
