Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
Working from our Head Office in Marsden Park, we now have a vacancy for a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting, to the Marketing Manager, this position will focus on assisting in all aspects of the Marketing department operations to facilitate the implementation of the organisation’s marketing strategy.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Maintain company websites and apps
- Provide administrative support for CRM tool (Salesforce).
- Assists with marketing projects such as proposals, product presentations and publications.
- Manage the printing and distribution of marketing collateral.
- Manage the range and reordering of promotional merchandise range.
- Assists with event management such as customer events, tradeshows and meetings.
- Contribute towards the development of advertising and marketing programs and campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or Communications (preferably in Marketing)
- Excellent communication skills, specifically written English.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports.
- Highly organised.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
It is desirable that you will have:
- Interest in emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in the digital marketing field.
- Ability to manage various projects and emergent situations within conflicting deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in managing digital communication channels including websites and social media.
