Our client is one of Australia’s leading retailers in health, beauty and medicinal products. They are a company who prides themselves on always putting their people first.
**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer who will be responsible for accounts receivables, debt management, managing rebates, reconciliations, and general finance and admin tasks for the department.
**Duties**:

- Processing and management of accounts receivables - enter adjustments in POSWorks, maintain files and records, assist with enquiries
- Set up debt recovery processes and monthly targets
- Track and manage outstanding debts
- Assist with month end tasks
- Process AR payments in Netsuite and POSWorks
- Manage agreement forecasts
- Process, reconcile, manage and report on AR budgets
- Track incomes/ expenses and manage profit/ loss
- Assist Auditors with enquiries
- Maintain positive relationships with stores and suppliers

**About You**:

- Currently working in a similar Accounts/ Finance position
- Experienced using Netsuite, POSWorks and Microsoft Office
- Previously managed AR duties and debt collection under tight deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and in teams
