Come and work at the best cafe in Parramatta. We are located waterfront in the blue ribbon dining precinct next to Holy Basil / Meat and Wine Co. and the Meriton Suites. The Cafe has a nice outlook over the river and is sun soaked all day. We seat up to 75 guests just a small cafe on the river.

The role involves the following
- Running a cafe with mínimal supervision, setting up, taking orders, customer service, making coffee, cold drinks, fresh juices, running food, clearing tables, cleaning, packing up and locking up
- Managing a small team who will help you and support you to do the above duties. Coordinating the staff roster and training support staff to improve and produce the best quality beverages in Parramatta
- Head barista making coffee with outstanding latte art.
- Customer Service, greeting and treating customers in a warm welcoming manner to ensure they have a good time and want to keep coming back
- Run the day to day cafe such as stocking, ordering and keeping the shop squeeky clean
- You will be given full training and not expected to be perfect on day 1.
- Weekends are our busy time so weekend work is expected

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
