About the Role
- Work collaboratively to provide a high quality, coordinated and customer focused liaison and option management service to patients and staff that ensures an informed option is available and easy to use. Coordinate and process Private Practice Billing using MediRecords for Medicare Online, Intermediate and Private Health Fund billing. Reconciliation of Radiology Medicare and Health Fund billing. - Work collaboratively with Administrative, Revenue, Finance and Medical allocations team in relation to best practices to achieving organisational goals, effective revenue generation and retention activities and compliance with financial reporting as required.
