As the Property & Facilities Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to manage 4 Facilities Administrators to maintain and support agreed services and processes within Iress which support and improve the effectiveness of the business. Your role is to support all office moves and facilities projects, undertake minor works without supervision and provide day to day support to the Head of Property & Facilities. You will also provide a professional and efficient service to employees and visitors by ensuring that facilities are of a high standard.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- People leadership of all Facilities Administrators in Sydney & Melbourne- Support the Head of Property & Facilities and cover as a first point of contact for building issues out of hours- Ensure the safe maintenance and secure operation of the premises at each site- Support the Head of Property & Facilities in the coordinating, scheduling and execution of office moves utilising internal resources or contractors as required- Ensure the continuing availability and proper functioning of utilities, site services and equipment- Monitor, assess and review obligations for outsourced facilities services- Ensure the cleanliness of all facilities through management of the cleaning services supplier- Oversee the management of supplies for all sites and to support the Head of Property & Facilities in supplier relationships associated with facilities and office environment- Ensure that all Health and Safety Documentation is kept up to date- Support management of the relationships with external booking agencies for business travel/ accommodation- Ensure that ergonomic assessments are carried out on all employees, and manage any issues arising from those assessments-
- Ensure systems are in place for effective monitoring, measuring and reporting of health and safety issues to the Head of Property & Facilities
