About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join our Adelaide and Sydney Commercial Teams. Working across a diverse market in the commercial, industrial and retail space, this individual will hold their Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification and will have Commercial Valuation experience.

About you

You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on providing quality valuations, servicing customers and continuing to grow your career and skillset in the Commercial Sector as well as meeting the following criteria;
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications;
- CPV qualified;
- Strong knowledge base and understanding of the commercial property industry;
- Excellent attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills;
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication, including the ability to initiate, establish and maintain great relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- A passion for property and an ambitious and positive attitude.
