About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join our Adelaide and Sydney Commercial Teams. Working across a diverse market in the commercial, industrial, and retail space, this individual will hold their Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification and will have Commercial Valuation experience.

Working as part of an established high performing team, this role offers exciting and varied work, excellent career progression, specialisation opportunities and a competitive commission structure with high earning potential.

About you

You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on providing quality valuations, servicing customers and continuing to grow your career and skillset in the Commercial Sector as well as meeting the following criteria:

- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV qualified
- Strong knowledge base and understanding of the commercial property industry
- Excellent attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills;
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder communication, including the ability to initiate, establish and maintain great relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- A passion for property and an ambitious and positive attitude.
