**About the Opportunity**:

- Drive sell-through within the Arc’teryx Brand Store network through the seasonal planning and execution of physical that support the guest journey as well as assets to support staff training.
- Develop and execute in-store marketing campaigns in alignment with regional Go to Market calendar.
- Manage the creation and distribution of all in-store signage and promotional material in all Arc’teryx Brand Stores and Factory Outlets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with local business needs and global best practice.
- Increase Brand Awareness and sell-through in our Authorised Dealer network in conjunction with B2B leadership.
- Building strong and authentic business partnerships and educating staff and referrals with product expertise and knowledge
- Plan, create and execute commercial marketing calendar with wholesale accounts.
- Ownership of wholesale marketing communication related to the execution of seasonal campaigns, seasonal training.
- Create and maintain in store brand and commercial assets.
- Provide feedback on sell-through, competitor analysis, staff and store manager feedback plus other data to aid commercial planning.

**About you**:

- We’re looking to bring on a passionate influencer, someone with an insatiable drive to take Arc’teryx on a strategic and targeted journey. Our plans are ambitious and we’re truly excited about the future and what we can achieve.- 3+ years’ experience in retail, sales, VM roles
- Experience in the retail & outdoor channel preferred.
- Demonstrated project management execution and communication skills.
- An interest in outdoor pursuits - climbing, snow sports, hiking, trail running
