We currently have an immediate requirement for a
**Test Lead** to join the AJQ Delivery Team in Canberra.

**To be successful in the role you will need to have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in leading test teams, and importantly to have experience in leading teams within a remote working environment
- Strong team building skills, and the ability to ensure the team collaborates effectively
- Strong hands-on functional testing experience
- Day-to-day management and work allocation to a small Test Analyst team, and monitor performance and provide guidance
- Complete status reporting and regular updates to Program Manager and Project Manager, and other generic Team lead responsibilities
- Contribute and lead a test team to effectively follow the established agile methodology
- Ability to write test plans, test cases to ensure they are accurate and fit for sign off
- Reporting experience on the progress of testing throughout the planning and test run stage, with the ability to communicate and escalate issues clearly
- Experience working on mission critical systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written/verbal communication
- Testing certification (ideal)

This opportunity would suit and experienced Test Lead, who is able to manage the challenges of multiple projects and co-ordinate effort.
