About the Opportunity

Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced Test Lead to support a high-profile federal government client. This role will see you leading testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring proven leadership, strong technical testing expertise, and the ability to foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement test strategies, master test plans, quality gates, defect triage, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers across concurrent projects.
  • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support automation testers with frameworks and tools such as EasyRepro and MSTest (C#).
  • Ensure automated tests are integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • Conduct gap analysis to expand test automation coverage and efficiency.
  • Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT execution.
  • Track and report on defect metrics, quality KPIs, and testing progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards, compliance, and support audit processes.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to define test strategies aligned to project goals and timelines.
  • Experience uplifting testing capability across people, process, and tools.
  • Strong background in automation testing and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Skilled in leading and mentoring teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
