**Scheduler |**Perth, WA**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team as a Scheduler in Perth. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating schedules and appointments for site installations Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively will ensure smooth operations and effective time management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain accurate schedules for activities, including Installations, repairs and client reports.
- Coordinate with different departments, managers, and team members to gather availability, preferences, and requirements for scheduling.
- Utilise calendar software or scheduling tools to manage and organise appointments, ensuring synchronisation and efficiency.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts by finding alternative solutions that accommodate all parties involved.
- Track attendance, monitor time spent on activities, and provide reports on scheduling statistics and trends.
- Provide administrative support, including organising travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and managing documentation related to schedules.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures while scheduling activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a scheduler or in a similar role, demonstrating excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using calendar software or scheduling tools to manage appointments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
