**The Role**

As part of our Scheduling team, you’ll be responsible for:

- Quantifying and ordering the material and labour required to build our homes
- Reaching individual and team weekly and monthly targets
- Collaborating with our Site Managers and suppliers to assist them with any queries
- Actioning variations and verifying/approving Extra to Order invoices
- Checking and proofing of work
- Interpreting contract documentation, plans, building processes and procedures, relevant legislation, standards and codes

**You**

We are looking for someone with:

- Good listening skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An enthusiasm to learn, use initiative and help others
- Analytical skills and great attention to detail
- Great time management skills and ability to work towards deadlines
- Strong PC skills, experienced in the Microsoft suite of products and computer Aided Design programs Archicad and Autosketch
- Ability to read and interpret contract documentation and working drawings
- Working knowledge and interpretation of relevant legislation, standards and codes
- Previous scheduling experience within the Residential Construction Industry is preferred but not essential
