**The Company**

Our client is a dynamic Accounting practice located in Hawthorn East. They are a social firm who value their employees and offer career progression.

**The Opportunity**

They are looking for a ASIC Administrator / Receptionist with a professional services background to support their busy partners

**Your duties may include**:

- Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Maintain and update software systems with client information
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete

**About You**
- Previous experience within an Accounting practice would be advantageous
- Professionally presented
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
