Due to continued growth they are now looking for a ASIC / Office Support Administrator to be a backup ASIC administrator and general office support all rounder. **Duties**: - Preparation, co-ordination and processing of ASIC Company Statements including invoicing and minutes - Processing of all ASIC lodgements, including company registrations, shares transfers, shareholders, company address and name updates, de-registrations, minutes and share certificates - Company and title searches - Maintaining internal systems - Client correspondence - Preparation and maintenance of databases - General office support duties - Some PA duties to Partners - Diary management for clients **To be successful in this role, you will require**: - Previous experience in a similar role. - Experience in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments. - Be familiar with ATO forms and requirements. - Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude". - Excellent presentation and communication skills.
