**WELL LIFE SERVICES** **Youth Worker** **About the role** We are looking for several Residential Youth Workers. Your role will help support young people with high to complex needs and behaviours to have a stable, consistent and predictable ‘home-like' environment which is therapeutic and safe. You become the primary carer for young people during your shift. Your main role is to keep them safe, get to know them whilst teaching life skills to establish a stable consistent routine. You will be part of a dynamic team, working with the Coordinator and Team Leaders to develop therapeutic trauma informed interventions that will assist the young person with complex issues. **About Well Life Services** Well Life Services aim is to empower our clients to discover their own potential.
