We are looking for GM to take the venue under management. If you have the experience, skills and drive to want to run a venue as if it is your own then you are who we are looking for.

First things first. Great 6 figure package. **We are a very busy venue and have the budget for the right person.**

We have an awesome business right on Coogee Beach with many moving parts, doing breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 nights. There are plenty of opportunities to have fun with the menu.

Great salary package and flexibility to set your own working hours.

Will be a day job with every other weekend free. Will need flexibility to handle changes and peak times but otherwise a great roster

You will be in charge of all areas of the business and empowered to make decisions to drive the business forward.

We have great training and leadership support within the company and are committed to living by our values and on purpose.

Ideally you are an experienced GM or someone wanting to take the next step. We are looking for someone who is:

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Stocktake and COGs control
- Employment and Scheduling to budgets
- Leadership, Team Building and Training
- Working with Marketing Team to produce Content and Promotions
- Over see all operations of the establishment
- Responsible for meeting financial budgets
- Responsible for all teams KPI’s
- Performance and people management

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
