**About The Opportunity**
We’re seeking a student studying Construction in (preferably) their 3rd or final year that is interested in a career in Building. This role comes with the opportunity to grow alongside an Operations Manager and Project Manager on both remedial and residential projects to build a rewarding career in the construction industry.
You will assist and work towards managing a variety of building projects under the direct guidance of both our Operations Manager and Project Manager, who will share knowledge, mentor and support you to succeed in the role.

- Focused on delivering a high standard of work
- University student in a Construction Management/Building and Construction Degree
- Hold or able to attain a driver’s license
- Experience using Microsoft suite of products
**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:
- Prepare detailed scopes of works
- Prepare tenders and quotes
- Generating purchase orders
- Assist with programming and procurement
- Creating job specific supervisor files ready for construction
- Produce and review RFI's, and EOT's as required
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Checking supplier invoices and matching to purchase orders
- Be the Champion of our project management systems updates

**Qualifications**:A university degree underway as a minimum.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $40,998.43 - $83,913.05 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- No weekends
