**Your Impact**

As a **Packaging Operator** at our **Abbotsford** site, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing general packaging duties. You will follow designated processes, maintain a high attention to detail, and problem-solve regularly. Our team is dedicated and enthusiastic about their work and joining us will allow you to develop your skills with the guidance of a supportive team.

**Please note**: This is a Fixed Term Contract role on a **rotating shift roster** covering days, afternoons and nights. You must be available to **start on the** **1st of October** and have full availability until the contract end period after Easter next year. The ability to work overtime is highly regarded.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and manage packaging or brewing machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure product standards.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members and support fellow operators.
- Identify and suggest improvements for operational efficiency and safety.
