**About this opportunity**
As a Customer Service representative, based at our Synergy manufacturing site located in Tullamarine, you will perform a pivotal role as the conduit between our customers and all areas of the Synergy packaging business. You will provide day
- to -day customer service to our internal, external and online customers and will enjoy meeting our customers expectations including sales and operations.
**Your key responsibilities will be to**:
- Order Management of all open orders proactively communicating any delays or updates to all internal or external customers.
- Be a point of contact for all order or product issues and works with all business units to resolve promptly.
- Manage Web Orders, managing orders in SAP including releasing, customer communication and alerting any web related matters to Synergy Team
**Your skills and experience**
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- SAP and Excel experience would be beneficial (but training will be provided)
- An ability to multitask and solid time management capability
- Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
