**The Role**

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager WA, you will lead and develop a high-performance sales team to deliver on immediate and long-term sales objectives. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of our retail strategy to enhance our sales performance and create a competitive advantage.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Undertake continual analysis of end-to-end sales processes to identify opportunities to improve conversion and overall sales performance
- Provide training, coaching and guidance to Sales Development Managers and New Homes Consultants to enhance their performance and capability
- Provide exceptional leadership that drives a high-performance sales culture engaged in delivering business strategies
- Partner with the Brand Manager to align lead generation strategies with marketing initiatives
- Drive an outstanding customer experience with the Sales team and regularly review customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities to the customer journey
- Develop and enhance our brand value proposition in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring a strategic competitive advantage
- Maintain a high level of market and competitor activity, awareness and analysis, providing insights to the General Manager and Group Sales Manager WA on our market position
- Foster a fun team culture by celebrating achievements and upholding our core values
- Have an always on approach to recruitment, retain and develop talent

**You**

We are looking for a natural leader who builds strong relationships and inspires others with proven experience in successfully developing and implementing retail strategies.

You will possess the following skills and experiences:

- Experience in residential construction and/or property industry
- Sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes and marketing
- Demonstrated management/leadership experience, leading a large team with a positive culture
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Proven competency in developing and maintaining a high-performance sales culture
- Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong, positive leadership, focused on developing talent and continuous improvement
- High levels of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
