Our Client Success Managers are primarily responsible for maintaining customer relationships, loyalty and a high level of client satisfaction including upselling new features within the existing client base.
We're looking for an additional Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our Melbourne team to help us scale.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Working with our other CSMs you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining the relationships of existing clients and building on client referrals (50 accounts)
- Upselling new products
- Introducing our client base to industry best practices and software
- Maintaining current software versions and rolling out the latest POS Software when needed.
- Being a single point of contact for all communications with the client
- Supporting Clients and managing the VIP Client base
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
We're looking for someone who has:
- Customer support background
- Account management experience
- Attention to detail
- “Business brain” meaning having an understanding of reasonable costs and expenses (treat the company's budget like it was your own)
- High competency in project management/handle multiple tasks
