You will be a key part of our Client Success Team in charge of the Australia business in order to ensure a perfect Ogury’s service and operation execution to our clients, whilst constantly raising the bar when it comes to expectations of yourself and others, with a willingness to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.
You will be curious with an ability to get into the details. Never following trends, but always acting based on what is right for Ogury. Speed and efficiency matters here. Aware of your market and your clients needs, you will
- identify quickly and blockers or opportunities and proactively recommend solutions
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Responsible for Ogury’s campaigns success and clients’ satisfaction in Melbourne
- Develop strategies adapted to our clients, process and translate them into initiatives as well as to track successful delivery and results
- Driving product adoption, leading a positive client experience, and driving growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements.
- Work closely with the local sales team to align on strategies, account growth, coverage plans, and account opportunities
**About You**:
- Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate leaders and teams
- Previous experience working within a start-up environment
- Prior or current expertise in a media network and AdTech background
- Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving, communication, delegation and planning
- You’re not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get the job done when needed
