The Connected Care program will bring together teams from across Bupa to deliver on our ambition to provide a connected and integrated health care experience to customers across our different offerings.
The Connected Care Strategy & Vision Lead will provide strategic leadership and direction for the customer experience, partnering and innovation priorities across the program. The role requires a collaborative, data driven leader with a diverse background who will be able to lead and influence across multiple missions and collaborate to drive consistency of approach, strategy, and experience.
Working with the Product, Delivery and Technology Leads, this role will drive standards, prioritisation, and overall execution across the six missions, to enable Bupa to deliver on the Connected Care strategy. This role will also lead a sequenced stream of strategy deliverables which enable the connected care vision to be enhanced into executable roadmaps of work across the mission teams.
What will your day look like?
- As a member of the Connected Care leadership team, this role will lead the collaboration between the cross functional Connected Care design and product team members across all missions to facilitate a holistic customer vision that is consistent, connected and meets customer needs
- Represent experience within the program and out to stakeholders, maintaining key relationships and advocating for customer centricity
- Lead the development of a One Bupa CVP working with brand and marketing teams to define and bring to life with the propositions team
- Work with the Customer analytics team and the Intelligent 360 mission to firm up the vision around the segments, their needs holistically and how this helps inform the mission teams respectively
- Provide strategic CX and service design oversight of experiences across the Connected Care missions
- Work with group strategy team regarding coordination and delivery of component strategy pieces to enhance the CC roadmap (i.e., Physical Provisioning CVP, Connected Care CVP, Activating customer data)
- Drive consistency of approach and quality of customer experience deliverable across missions, covering all experience principles/practices and considering customer needs both through digital and physical experiences
- Work across the business to outline the demands for Connected Care as it relates to strategic capabilities. This will be working closely with mission leads also but bringing together one roadmap for items like personalisation, digital services, customer engagement and reward in due course
- Actively collaborate, support and champion Agile ways of working across the business and directly for Connected Care to enable a predictable and high-quality output
- Provide thought leadership and drive the uplift of the experience practices across the program
- Partner with the Connected Care leadership team to balance customer experience, commercial value, and the ability to deliver in Roadmap development and prioritisation
