We offer garden maintenance, landscape design and installation services to clients around the Perth metropolitan area, with most of our work between Applecross and Fremantle. As a small business, we are able to work closely with our staff to support individual development ensuring we deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients, making every garden a reflection of their vision.

**The Role**:
Do you have a strong background in garden maintenance and landscaping, with proven leadership skills and a passion for horticulture? If so, we are seeking a motivated gardener to lead our team at Illuminate Gardens.

As our small business grows, it is time for us to bring on a knowledgeable and experienced landscape gardener to oversee our garden maintenance rounds. The right person will lead a small team of staff, offering high-quality and reliable garden maintenance services to our clients
- Capable and confident using a range of powered and non powered garden tools and their basic upkeep
- Excellent proven time management, leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and critical thinking
- Hold a valid manual drivers licence
- Experience driving with a trailer preferred but not required
- Available to work full time Mon-Fri
- Ability to take care of admin tasks, such as detailed note taking and client communications

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate in horticulture (cert III) or equivalent and/or a minimum of 2 years industry experience

**The role will involve the following tasks**:

- Overseeing our garden maintenance rounds and managing a small team of gardeners (1 to 2 people)
- Lawn mowing and basic care
- Identifying common pests and diseases and knowing what course of action to take to treat
- Knowledge of basic plant and lawn mowing maintenance and care
- Liaise with clients

**We will offer the following**:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
