**Your opportunity**

Working as part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you’ll support the delivery of health care for our clients across Australia. Your approach will be driven by human-centered, holistic, evidence-based care.

This role is based in** Adelaide **with a mixture of working from our** Pirie Street office **and from home on a **Permanent Full-Time **basis.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Liaising with and arranging providers to deliver care to our clients in home
- Scheduling in home services for clients
- Credentialing and management of new service providers
- Providing quality administrative support to your team with fast and accurate turnaround of reporting, document processing and client data management
- Supporting the effective delivery of home-based health care across Australia
- Working closely with your Team Leader, Care Coordinators and other medical administrators
- Helping to improve the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians

- Experience Rostering/Scheduling of both client and provider services
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including skills in building rapport
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail
