Are you a skilled Hardware Technician with a passion for providing exceptional customer support, problem-solving, and expertise in **data centers**, servers, storage, and networking? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, working both in the field and at our in-house facility. You will play a critical role in delivering top-notch service while maintaining both our clients' essential hardware infrastructure and our own, including data center environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site and remote support for customers, resolving hardware and software issues, with a focus on **data center** operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to **servers, storage, networking**, and data center infrastructure.
- Perform regular maintenance on **data center hardware**, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement efficient **data center solutions**, including server and network strategies.
- Ensure **data center uptime** by conducting regular checks, addressing alerts, and providing timely support for critical infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert recommendations regarding data center and hardware setups.
- Document all support activities, solutions, and maintain accurate records for **data center hardware** and network configurations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT tech support, with a strong focus on **data center operations**, servers, storage, and networking.
- Solid understanding of **data center management, server maintenance**, hardware troubleshooting, and network support.
- Strong customer service skills and experience in handling phone support and ticket management.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., **CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft**) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining critical IT infrastructure
