**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for you - a part-time, **matured, bubbly**, **experienced** and **compassionate**receptionist to join our already dream team.We are looking for someone, who has experience managing client's appointments, coordinating services and working closely with our Audiologists, you'll help manage client interactions and support the smooth operation of our Richmond office.Fluency in other languages would be favourable as to cater to some of our lovely client base.

**You will be required to**:
- Meet and greet clients
- Building relationships with clients in a friendly manner
- Managing and organising appointments, as well as coordinating follow-ups
- Answering phones
- Oversee office supplies and maintain a clean reception area
- Handle client payments and resolve billing issues
- Adjust priorities and strategies in response to new demands or shifting circumstances, demonstrating flexibility while still meeting deadlines and team goals
- Collaborate with team members
- Supporting additional tasks and responsibilities as designated by the manager or coworkers

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 per week
