An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Manager who will provide high level support for operational and strategic management of Oral Health services within Sunshine Coast Health (SCH), in collaboration with the Service Director Oral Health. This incorporates evaluation, implementation and monitoring of strategies, programs and services to ensure safe, effective, efficient and equitable delivery of services in a complex multi-facility, and multi-disciplinary team environment.

Oral Health services are provided to patient groups that meet the eligibility criteria for accessing public dental services in Queensland. The Oral Health Management and Business Support services are located at Nambour General Hospital, with Adult services provided at clinics located at Caloundra, Kawana, Nambour, Noosa, Gympie and the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
Provide high level leadership and management to support the delivery, co-ordination, development, and monitoring of Oral Health Services located across the SCHHS.
This role manages and holds human resource delegation for the Oral Health Administrative stream.
Develop, lead and operationalise programs and initiatives to ensure Oral Health Services' compliance with National Safety and Quality in Health Care Standards and AS/NZ Standards as applied to Oral Health Services.
