**The opportunity**
- Reporting to the Head of People Experience and surrounded by a high performing Employee Experience team.

**The role**
- This is a unique opportunity; as a key member of the team responsible for leading change at a rapid pace, you will be able to see the impact of your efforts and know that
**your work matters**. A hands-on role where you're a critical partner to the executive, enabling agile delivery of strategic business objectives. As a part of the Leadership team, you will lead change, developing and delivering on a strategic workforce plan that will identify and focus on the imperatives that will deliver our company purpose. This role will be critical in our SaaS transformation, crafting our ways of working, using all the employee experience elements to lead change.
The work you do won't be out of a textbook,
**you** will determined what needs to be done - identifying the business need and structuring the appropriate response to deliver. Instrumental in initiating and driving programs of work to uplift our talent and capability, focusing your efforts on building cohesive and effective business teams that make phenomenal decisions, all the time developing the culture, growing our leadership capability and increasing employee engagement, all in pursuit of delivering performance and commercial value to MYOB. You will have an unwavering passion to make a positive impact, and thrive in an environment where plans are ambitious, there is ambiguity, and you'll have to trade-offs with your workload to keep multiple balls in the air at the same time.
**What you will bring**:
- Tertiary qualifications in a Business Management equivalent
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment - SaaS or tech experience an advantage
- The scars from implementing and delivering key transformations or programmes of work
- A passion for delivering outstanding business outcomes with a strong employee experience focus
- A bucket load of examples of where you have resolved complex organisational or people issues
- You’ve led change that has delivered business value quickly
- You’ve shown courage to partner well at executive level
- Used your curious nature to challenge and find more effective ways to deliver value
- A tone of voice in your verbal and written communication that engages, not a cliched corporate speaker
- The tenacity and resilience to persevere, even in the face of roadblocks
- A geography agnostic view of teaming, using tech tools and your skills to influence and unite teams across locations
