**Soul Origin Merrylands is looking for Barista/Cafe All-rounders to join our team. You will have experience and confidence to open & close the shop on your working days. You must be fast on your feet, able to multitask, have great customer service and work well in a fast-paced environment.**

**To be considered you’ll have**:

- This ad is specifically to fill a new availability, to be considered you **must be available on Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday**:

- Experienced Coffee making skills are **required**. A minimum of 6 months hands on Barista experience
- An approachable demeanor and confidence to engage with customers
- You have a positive attitude, good work ethic, be a team player and willing to assist in all necessary daily shop duties and be able to follow instructions when necessary
- Have a passion for for hospitality, food, coffee and customer service
- Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- A flexible approach to work - at Soul Origin, customer service goes beyond serving customers You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store, cleaning and preparing basic food items
- Preferred: A minimum of 6 months fast food or restaurant experience;
- Have Australian work rights (valid for at least 12 months)

Pay range indicated is is a guide, we use the Fast Food Industry Award to determine appropriate pay rates.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.38 - $38.48 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
