The purpose of the Payroll Master Data Officer is to ensure the creation and maintenance of Master Data within SAP is accurate and conforms to the system standards and business rules across the Downer organisation which drives strong governance.

The Payroll Master Data Officer will be highly motivated, effective and a supportive team member, who is able to work in a flexible environment with the ability to take on new areas of knowledge and skills and work to deadlines.
- Experience in SAP, Coupa preferred
- Tertiary Accounting Qualifications or related discipline desired
- Experience working in a high volume and fast-paced environment

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analysing, creating and maintaining Master Data in SAP in line with SLAs
- Reporting on Master Data
- Troubleshoot and work through various finance system related issues as they arise
- Confirming with governance requirements and escalating as required.
