**About You**
- A degree in Allied Health, or teaching, is required. A talent for engaging with diverse peoples.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. And ability to write detailed reports.A strengths based and proactive approach to supporting highly vulnerable individuals..
- Unique personal strengths and qualities that align with our team’s values.
- An Australian drivers license and access to a car.

**Your Responsibilities**

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

- Conduct participant assessments and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor participant progress.
- Collaborate with professionals across disciplines.
- Undertake home visits and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Peer review colleague reports.
- Open to spending 1 night every 4 to 6 weeks providing support to remote communities - Desirable not required.
