**About the role**

Multiple casual opportunities for Race Day Operators available. Reporting into the Racing Team Leads, you will assist in the running of our racing codes and provide the best betting experience for our customers. Tasks include monitoring customer betting and market prices, race to race market management, solving customer pain points, and working collaboratively with multiple teams across the business. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivery of our trading strategies and maintaining our KPI’s day-in-day-out.
- Identify and help resolve pricing and settlement errors.
- Quickly diagnose issues and aim to prevent recurrence.
- Ability to solve day to day customer pain points and make correct conclusions from data for commercial & competitor analysis.
- Ensuring compliance with market regulations.

The Risk & Trading team in Melbourne adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer needs to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff. There is a requirement for weekend work, but shifts will generally fall between 8am - 11pm.

**About You**

We’re looking for enthusiastic, collaborative, and proactive people to assist in the running of our racing code:

- Understanding of racing or wagering industry knowledge is highly regarded.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to stay focused under pressure.
- Strong collaborator and excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work between 8am - 11pm, 7 days a week.
