**What you can expect in a day in this role**:
As a full time Room Service / Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all hotel guests. You will also assist in setting up in-room dining experiences, answering guest enquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The nature of this role requires a rotating roster across seven days, including morning shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM and night shifts from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, to satisfy those early morning and late night guest cravings

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation, or the ability to obtain.
- Availability to work across a range of shifts, including day and night events that may be rostered on weekdays as well as weekends and public holidays
