**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate **Breakfast & In-Room-Dining Attendant **to join our team and lead the day-to-day aspects of our restaurant and in-room-dining operations, maintaining and exceeding service and cleanliness standards. You will undertake a variety of responsibilities and duties whilst delivering a high-quality customer experience. During busy periods you will assist food and beverage attendants on the floor.

**Part Time position is available, with a secure rotational roster over a fortnightly basis.**

**About You**
- Experience working in a similar supervisor position in a luxury hotel or hospitality venue.
- Experience in dealing with bookings using reservation booking software
- Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation standards and excellent attention to detail
- Passion and knowledge about food & beverage products
- Excellent communication skills with warm personality both in person and via mail
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
