Our client are a National client and have grown to be one of the largest forklift and transport companies in Australia.

Due to growth they are current seeking a Field Service Coordinator to coordinate a team of seven techs for their South West Sydney branch.

The purpose of your role will be responsible for providing direct support to the Service Manager and be the first point of call for customers, field service technicians and general enquiries.

**Key duties**:

- Regularly run the service due reports to identify units due for service and liaise with customers to arrange servicing
- Prioritise and deal effectively with customer concerns
- Complete administrative support tasks as directed and supporting the Service Manager as required
- Manage repair orders
- Demonstrate compliance and assist in the documentation of all WFL OH&S policies/ expectations

**To be successful**:

- **Previous experience in a similar role ideally from the Forklift Industry.**:

- **Have a professional and friendly phone manner and ability to deal with customers at all levels**:

- **A sound understanding of computer based systems and MS office with the ability to manage spreadsheets and databases**:

- **Highly organised with excellent attention to detail**:

- **Ability to meet deadlines**
