**Key Responsibilities**:
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall satisfaction of our guests. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

- Assist in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Develop, maintain and contribute to high cleaning and service standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Assist in onboard, train, mentor, and lead a team of housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked department
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet our luxury standards
- Handle guest requests, feedback and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel services and amenities to assist guests effectively
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards, including compliance with health and safety regulations

**What we need from You**
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role in a hotel is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standards
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of housekeeping management software
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations
- Fitness you’ll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling
- Strength sometimes you’ll need to lift, push or pull big objects like barrels & crates up to 23 kg
- Flexible night, weekend and holiday shifts
- Experience with utilizing Opera and HUBOs is highly desirable but not essential
